Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Let's Goal mobile application (the "Service") operated by Ajouve Limited ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Tipster Registration

To become a tipster on the Let's Goal platform, you must register an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information about yourself. You must also accept these Terms and Conditions by checking the appropriate checkbox during the registration process.

2. Earnings and Revenue Sharing

As a tipster, you are eligible to earn revenue from ad views and user subscriptions according to the following conditions:

a. Ad Revenue: You will receive a percentage of the revenue generated by advertisements displayed within the app. This percentage will be determined by Ajouve Limited and may be subject to change at any time. Payment will be made on a monthly basis, provided that you meet the minimum payment threshold established by Ajouve Limited.

b. User Subscriptions: You will receive a percentage of the revenue generated by users who subscribe to your content on the platform. This percentage will be determined by Ajouve Limited and may be subject to change at any time. Payment will be made on a monthly basis, provided that you meet the minimum payment threshold established by Ajouve Limited.

3. Payment Terms

Payments will be made on a monthly basis to the payment method provided during registration. You must meet the minimum payment threshold set by [Your Company] to receive a payment. If you do not meet the minimum payment threshold, your earnings will be carried over to the following month until the threshold is reached.

4. Content and Conduct

As a tipster, you are responsible for the content you create and share on the platform. You agree not to create or share content that:

1. Is false, misleading, or inaccurate.
2. Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines.
3. Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Is defamatory, offensive, or discriminatory.
5. Encourages or promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to gambling in jurisdictions where it is prohibited.

Ajouve Limited reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate the accounts of tipsters who engage in inappropriate or harmful behavior.

5. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
